Veil Shirt - White Cotton Layered with Floral Lace

A double-layered shirt that pairs a classic white cotton button-down with a contrasting under-layer of sheer ivory floral lace. The cotton layer is cut oversized with a clean point collar and dropped shoulders; the lace under-layer follows the same shirt construction collar, button placket, hem but rendered entirely in transparent floral mesh, visible at the chest and below the cotton hem.

Part of the Limbo collection by Aniele Stroz, the Veil shirt is the most theatrical piece in the line - a meeting of two registers, masculine tailoring and intimate lacework, layered into a single garment. The lace is the veil itself: a second layer that does not hide but reframes what is already there.

Care Hand wash cold or machine wash cold on delicate cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low if needed.

Styling Wear with the wide black trousers from the same collection for a long, deliberate evening line. Equally good worn open with the cotton layer falling away from the lace, or buttoned through for a quieter, more architectural read. Pairs naturally with bare skin underneath — the lace is the styling.
